" Move in and enjoy life in the rural surroundings of Molash village. This bungalow is presented so well you don't need to worry about doing any work on it. That is unless you want to utilise its potential by considering a loft conversion as there is enough roof space to create 2 more rooms as a minimum. (Subject to applying for the appropriate planning permission). The current owners have used the rear bedroom as a separate dining room, which looks out onto the back garden. The garden feels secluded and is not over looked, so no one to catch you sunbathing. The modern fitted kitchen is large enough to have a dining table with there being the separate front living room where you can get cosy by the fire. There is no need to worry about parking as you have a drive providing space for numerous cars as well as a garage.Your surroundings mean that you are not short of choice when it comes to country walks and why not finish up in the local pub.You are also nicely placed to get to Canterbury, Faversham & Ashford all of which are great for shopping and places to eat.

What the Owner says:

We have made the most of the woods being across the road and have enjoyed many a walk with our dog on a sunny afternoon. Occasionally we have gone to the country pub down the road for their Sunday lunch. We have found the local post office and shop and farm shop very useful for all our needs.
