" It doesn’t take much to work out why the sellers sit out in the garden most of the time? No, they are not gnomes; the view across the Downs way is simply superb. To make the most of the view they have had a full width conservatory built on to the back of the house. The conservatory has under floor heating, making it an all year round room and big enough to have a dining table for those family get-togethers.When the suns out the garden has a warm and sunny aspect, which they have made the most of by landscaping the garden to look amazing. The immaculately cut lawn, decked pathways and endless colours from the masses of plants transport you to a different place. There are two timber built garden buildings that could be used just for storage, workshops or even games rooms, whatever takes your fancy. The house itself is handsome looking as it is double fronted. The living space inside is light, airy and comfortable to be in. There are the modern conveniences of an en-suite and separate family bathroom, with a nifty downstairs cloakroom that doubles as a utility/laundry room. The location is on the edge of St. Augustine's and as it is a cul-de-sac there is little passing traffic which means the children in the road can play out together without you worrying about them.

What the Owner says:

If it wasn't for the reason we are amalgamating 2 families into 1 we would not be leaving this house and especially the garden. We have really enjoyed sitting looking out across the Downs; I think we have defiantly got the best views in the village. We added a full width conservatory that has under floor heating; we hardly use the other rooms in the house as it is perfect all year round. The cul-de-sac is very friendly and quiet and everyone has respect for each other. The new owners will be very happy here.
