" An extended 1920's semi-detached house with large plot having room for extension subject to the usual consents.Lower Hardres is a small village located just off Stone Street and surrounded by attractive countryside. The village is located approximately 4 miles south-east of the Cathedral City of Canterbury with its wide range of amenities including first-class shops, leisure and schooling. The village of Lower Hardres has an excellent farm shop.1 Willow Cottages is an extended 1920's semi-detached house which stands in an elevated position above the road with large front, side and rear gardens. It is thought that the area to the side would allow the property to be extended subject to the usual consents. The house has gas-fired central heating and sealed-unit double-glazing.
