" You enter via the side of the property into the hallway which has a handy storage cupboard for coats and shoes. The main living area has a bay window to the front of the property which allows plenty of light into the room. The modern kitchen has a tiled floor, light-coloured doors and dark worktops. There is an integrated oven, gas hob and extractor hood. There is space for a fridge-freezer and washer/dryer. The layout of the kitchen would also allow for a small table and chairs at one end which could be an ideal breakfast area. The kitchen leads through to the conservatory which makes an ideal dining area/second living area. Upstairs are three bedrooms and main bathroom. Two of the bedrooms can accommodate a double bed and a large wardrobe. The third is a single room. The bathroom is partly tiled and has a three piece suite with shower over the bath.

The front garden is mainly laid to lawn. The property has off-street parking for two cars. There is side access via a gate at the end of the drive. The low maintenance rear garden is part patio paving and part shingle. The large garden shed provides useful additional storage space.
