" Elevated from the road with commanding views over neighbouring properties and the fields beyond, this older home has a lot to offer. Step inside and immediately the stairs rise in front to the floor above. To the left, the cosy living room enjoys an open fire and ornate tiled surround. The dining room is well lit, with double aspect windows overlooking the side and front of the property. The cellar provides additional storage space, whilst the kitchen / breakfast room has a selection of modern fitted units and space for appliances and views onto the rear garden. An inner lobby leads to the shower room, which is particularly spacious and could, with re-modelling be turned into a bathroom. An additional lobby off the kitchen is a useful space for storing coats and boots when coming in from the garden. To the first floor are three well-proportioned double bedrooms with two of the rooms looking out onto the fields. All are well lit from the large windows that are a feature throughout this family home.
