" Located in the heart of the Kent countryside and surrounded by orchards, this 16th century cottage still displays some of its original features. As you enter the property from the large porch area in to the kitchen you will see the original wooden beams exposed in the ceiling. The kitchen has a built in electric cooker and hob with stone flooring which continues throughout the downstairs of the property, until you reach the larger of the two reception rooms. This room is situated in the newer part of the house which was built in 2000. It allows access to the patio area through double doors, creating extra natural light for the room and is more than accommodating to serve as both the main living and dining area. Also downstairs you will find the large family bathroom, the third bedroom which is currently being used as a study and another reception room complete with a fully working log burner. Upstairs you have two good sized double bedrooms with loft space and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. This property is double glazed throughout.
