" If you are a keen walker you will love this location as you can walk along The Royal Military Canal all the way to Rye, or into Hythe in approximately 20 minutes. Or if you are looking for seclusion, privacy and a westerly aspect garden, then this could be the one for you.The modern fitted kitchen would be the perfect place for any budding master chef to prepare dinner. The large sitting room is perfectly situated to the rear of the bungalow and has patio doors that open out into the sunny garden. The current owners have spent an awful lot of time here and have enjoyed many barbeques on the raised decked area.
Now for the surprise with this property; the summer house. This could be used for a gymnasium or an office, or whatever you want to use this for. This versatile space is currently being used as a gymnasium and it has the added benefit of having power and light.To the front there is a garage and driveway that is large enough for two / three cars. To the side there is additional parking and a small lawn.Hythe is only a five minute drive away and benefits from four supermarkets, including a Waitrose and Sainsburys; plus many independent shops including greengrocers, butchers, bakers and many coffee shops and restaurants.

When we were searching for this home we viewed many which were very nice, but none of them had the tranquil location that Kingfishers Gardens offers.If you have children like we do, this location is perfect. We have enjoyed many walks along The Royal Military Canal and the icing on the cake for our daughter is, when she steps out of the gate at the bottom of the garden into the recreation ground, she can wave to the passengers on the miniature steam trains as they go by. We both work in Dover, so being able to get on the M20 in 5 minutes has been very useful.
