It gives you access to the spacious 18’7 sitting room and the beautiful conservatory, which brings the outside in with views of the garden. You will be very keen to know that on those cold winter evenings, cavity wall insulation, double glazing and recently replaced boiler will all help to keep you warm and cosy. If you are a budding Jamie Oliver then the modern kitchen will be right up your street. The re-fitted bathroom will help take the stress out of the start of any day with the added benefit of a thermostatic shower.Now for the outside. Our vendors are keen caravaners and spend a lot of time away so have block paved the front garden, which now provides off road parking for at least 6 cars. The rear garden has beautiful flower beds and again to keep maintenance to a minimum, the rear garden has been paved and there is a block paved hard standing which will accommodate a caravan. Tucked away in the corner there is a garage. If you think we have covered everything this home has to offer, then think again. Kingfisher Gardens is a 2 minute walk to The Royal Military Canal, from here you can walk into Hythe in about 15 minutes.

“When we were searching for a bungalow it was all about location for us. We are both keen wildlife photographers, so having The Royal Military Canal on our doorstep has been extremely beneficial. We also needed somewhere where we could store our caravan, so we have block paved the back garden and installed a gate for security. The bungalow needed complete renovation when we bought it so we have re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom, put on a new conservatory and re-wired. What we will miss the most is how central Kingfisher Gardens is, as we can be in Hythe by car in 5 minutes and the M20 junction 11 in 10 minutes”
