" This extremely well presented, two bedroom ground floor flat would be perfect for a first time buyer or anybody who is downsizing. So if you are looking for a flat that gives you independence and the comfort of knowing that you have neighbours close by, then this could be the one for you.Situated on the ground floor, which obviously means that there are no stairs, gives this flat a similar layout to a bungalow, but without the hassle of having to worry about a garden or maintenance.The bright, spacious sitting room has windows on the south and the west sides making it an extremely pleasant place to relax. This light is also carried through an arch into the kitchen, which is fitted with a large selection of units and has space to accommodate most kitchen appliances. There are two good sized bedrooms, both with southerly aspect windows.When I walked into the communal areas of this block for the first time, I was very impressed with how clean and tidy it was. The reason behind this is everyone has a share of the freehold and the head of the resident’s association lives in the block. This block is a little bit different to other blocks you may look at, as there is a clause in the lease that stops any owners from letting out apartments, so there is no need to worry about noisy tenants. There is also a garage en-block, which is this property, and allocated parking.
