" One word describes this property and that is ‘views’. You can see across to France and Dungeness on a clear day and be on the beach within five minutes. This four bedroom detached house benefits from large open plan living room with breathtaking sea views, modern fitted kitchen, separate utility with recently installed condensing boiler, garage, separate study and on the first floor master bedroom with en-suite and stunning sea views. Bedroom 2 also enjoys these views. To the front of the property there is off road parking for two cars and the rear garden is laid to lawn and enjoys the most amazing views out to sea. The nearby town of Hythe offers an excellent selection of independent shops and a Waitrose. You can find primary schooling just off Hythe’s green, secondary schooling is available in nearby Saltwood with boys and girls grammar schooling in Folkestone. The high speed rail service to St Pancras is available from Folkestone West railway station with travelling time of just 49 minutes. The M20 motorway is easily accessed via car and offers links to Eurotunnel, the port of Dover and Ashford mainline.

We had looked at many houses with views and 95% of them only had glimpses, all we can say is that we were bowled over by the views from 4 Battery Point. We walked into the sitting room, through the French doors we could see straight across to France. At that point we knew we just had to have it. We bought Battery Point because my husband had just secured a job locally, but last month he has now accepted a new position in London. We moved from Ipswich to Sandgate and are now intending to relocate back. If we could pick this house up with the view and put it in Ipswich we would. We will be very sorry to go
