" There is only one word that I can use to describe the breathtaking views from this house and that is ‘Wow!’ This home is totally unique to any other that you will find in Hythe as it is part of the old Mackeson brewery. Stepping into the 11’11 x 9’10 hallway with its 10’4 high ceilings, you immediately get the feel for the space that is on offer in the house. On entering the bright, spacious sitting room you will first spot a beautiful exposed brick fireplace and then be drawn to the Victorian bay windows with their original sashes. To one side there is a glazed door that opens out onto the sun terrace with its amazing views. Bedroom two has managed to retain the original sash windows and has a door that opens onto the private balcony, which would be the perfect place to have breakfast. On this floor there is one further double bedroom and a large bathroom. On the top floor, the master bedroom measures a staggering 18’11 x 11’5 and has even better views. There is also a large cupboard, which could possibly be converted into an en-suite.Outside there is access to the self contained one bedroom flat, which is in need of refurbishment. There is a single garage and a large established southerly aspect rear garden, which would be the perfect place for your children to explore and play in the playhouse.

What the Owner says:

When my husband and I viewed this property we were immediately excited, as walking up to the front door we got a sneak preview of what stunning views this home has. All I can say is that we were definitely delighted when we walked into the sitting room as from the window you can see all the way across to France and Dungeness. The location has been perfect for me as I can walk to the High Street and the local doctor’s surgery. Unfortunately this house is far too big for me now, but I have really enjoyed living here.I look forward to welcoming you into what could be your new home.
