" THE PROPERTY: Quorum is situated on the edge of the pretty village of Sellindge on the north side of Hythe. This busy friendly village has a variety of shops for every day needs to include hairdressers, farm shop, nursery, general store and post office. There is a family run 'oldy worldy' pub serving good food and a warm welcome. To add to the friendly character of the village there is a very active sports and social club which offers an excellent social venue as well as club facilities for cricket, football, green bowls and hard court tennis. There is also an excellent village primary school, modern doctors surgery and a well utilised village hall with childrens nursery. Newington offers excellent links to the M20 and A20 giving access to Folkestone and Dover ports, Ashford, London and Euro Tunnel.The current owners have retained the old world charm of the property which was originally built in circa 1750 and has been extended since then. The property has all the modern facilities for todays living.
