2 Church Villas is situated in the exceedingly pretty hamlet of Postling being an area of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' and positioned in an excellent location close to open farmland in a very picturesque part of the countryside with the North Downs Way running slong the nearby hillside and we understand from the owner that the Pilgrims Way runs along the borders of the property. Postling, with its local church, is just a few minutes by car from the neighbouring village of Lyminge, with its local shops, chemist, postoffice and Doctors surgery, and slightly further by road to the coastal town of Hythe, with further amenities including a number of private shops, supermarkets, including Waitrose, Sainsburys and Aldi, and of course the coast and beach. The neighbouring town of Folkestone is about 6 miles away, with Channel Tunnel terminal for the continent an high speed train for St. Pancras, London, also for commuters Sandling mainline railway station at nearby Saltwood village and the M20 motorway are both within a few minutes by car. Canterbury is about 20 minutes by road and Ashford about 15 minutes.

The house, which is believed to have been built probably in the early 1920's, is of rough cast rendered appearance with cement beams to upper elevations under a modern interlocking tiled roof. At present one of the ground floor reception rooms is used as a bedroom. In addition the house offers a detached garage and delightful well stocked garden.
