" This 3 bedroom chalet style home has more than meets the eye. If you want a home with a view then this will be hard to beat. As it is set in an elevated position in Sandgate you will be able to enjoy amazing vistas from various rooms and spots in the garden. The first taste you get of the views is when you walk into the kitchen. This is a spacious room where you can sit at the breakfast bar having a catch up with friends and family over a coffee and take in the breathtaking sights out the front down to the ocean.Outside the garden has had a complete overhaul by the current owners. It’s been cleverly designed with the views and future maintenance both in mind. As you wander up the terraces you’ll see that it has been separated into different sections that all have a slightly different feel. There’s plenty of seating in the various sections so you can enjoy the outside space, catch some rays, read a book or simply watch the world go by below you.The location is second to none. You have open countryside in one direction and the seaside in the other, both within a distance that you can walk. The seaside village of Sandgate has bars and eateries along with a good selection of independent shops.

What the Owner says:

We used to come to Sandgate a lot of holiday and loved it, so when the opportunity came up to move here we jumped at it. As soon as we walked into this place we went “ahh…” – it was just what we were looking for. We don’t drive so having everything nearby is great. There’s a lovely children’s playground nearby with slides and sandpits. The kids have a great time when the family come to visit. We often ride our bicycles down to Hythe and stop at one of the local pubs for a drink and it’s so easy to jump across the channel to France for a weekend away.
