" An all rounder that really is in a lovely position for Canterbury! This property is perfect for a family or possibly an investment, either to rent out or refurbish.The location is just off the Whitstable Road so not a very long walk to town and easy to get to the wide range of restaurants and shops that Canterbury has to offer. The home is part of a pair of semi-detached houses that were originally built to be the show homes for a new development. Unfortunately the new development never got built so this is believed to be one of a kind in the area with this layout. It is a larger 1930’s style semi-detached home than those on Hillside Avenue, with four bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate W/C on the first floor. The ground floor has a dining room at the front, lounge at the back and a galley kitchen in the middle, providing a slightly more unique layout.The property has a detached garage with parking for several cars and a front and rear garden you can really make your own.
