" In its current layout the property comprises of an entrance porch, ground floor WC with wood panelling, a good sized loungediner stretching the length of the property and kitchen which has a range of wall and base units, a fitted sink overlooking the garden, a freestanding cooker and space for a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is also a modern conservatory to the rear which has double doors leading to the garden.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single, all of which have built in storage. The family bathroom comprises of a panelled bath, low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin.

Externally the property has a rear garden which has a small patio and is laid to lawn with a pathway leading to the Garage. The front is mainly laid to lawn and has the potential to be turned into a driveway (subject to the relevant planning consents).
