" A two double bedroom terrace house built in 2001 and situated in a select cul-de-sac off Fernfield in Hawkinge.   Hawkinge is a popular village on the outskirts of Folkestone in the direction of the cathedral city of Canterbury and offers a range of local shops including a Tesco Metro store, two popular primary schools, local pubs and a restaurant.

The property is in excellent condition throughout and benefits from double glazed windows and doors, gas central heating and private off road parking.

Accommodation comprises an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and a door into the kitchen. The kitchen/breakfast room is a good size room and has a feature square bay window to the front with an attractive, deep sill. There is a range of light wood fronted wall and base units, a built-in electric oven with gas hob and extractor. One of the wall units also houses the gas boiler supplying central heating and hot water and there is laminate effect vinyl flooring.
There is a large lounge to the rear with an under stairs storage cupboard and there are French doors leading out into the rear garden.

To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom comprising a white suite with a bath and shower attachment, wc and wash hand basin.

Outside there is an allocated parking space to the front with a number of visitor spaces. This part of The Keys is a private road with parking and access exclusively for residents and their visitors. There is a small open plan garden to the front. To the rear, the garden measures approximately 34 feet by 14 feet. It has a paved patio area and the remainder is laid to lawn with a timber shed. The garden is enclosed by fencing and there is a gate to the rear providing access to the front for bins etc.
