" A delightful family home built eight years ago, which has spent its life as a rented property. It's location is excellent, set out on the Canterbury road in the village of Densole, with fields surrounding the properties, this is a modern edge on country living.
It's ideal for a family that don't have time to move into a property and immediately have to start renovating it. This is a home that is ready for you and your boxes to move into straight away, no mess, no fuss, just what everyone wants - as little hassle as possible in a house move. So the locations great, and there's no chain - what's the inside like?
Well the entrance hall takes you into the centre of the house, from here there is access to all rooms - the kitchen (with ample cupboard and work top space) the lounge (L-shaped with a view across the rear garden) a cloakroom and a door leading to the garage (ideal when its raining and you have a car full of shopping). All decisions that have been made in the construction of this home have been made with a family in mind. The upstairs offers similar thought with two excellent sized double bedrooms, a family bathroom, a single bedroom and an enormous storage cupboard on the landing. Externally there is a sunny rear garden with access through to the front where there is parking for several vehicles.

When I first decided that I was going to build some properties the one thing I wanted to ensure is that they were big enough for a family. These days it seems that new houses are very small and the bedrooms are tiny.
When I looked at the size of the plot I considered building three houses on it but that would have meant that my houses would be just like all the other new homes and that didn't sit well with me. I'm very pleased with this house, it's been great as a letting property but I've decided that it's time to pursue other goals. I'm sure the new owners will love it - It's a great family home.
