" This fantastic family size home was only constructed approximately 17 years ago and is in a small residential cul-de-sac with fabulous sea views.The current owners have brought up their family here and found it to be an ideal home with plenty of parking, ground floor cloakroom and also having a really good size kitchen/diner, providing a good social room, in which they have spent much of their time.The current owners have increased the size of the parking since they have lived there which has been ideal, even to house a caravan and has been used for the children to play on as it can be all enclosed. They have landscaped the elevated garden which has a wrought iron and brick wall surrounding it and is an ideal area to sit and enjoy the sea views. We think this makes an excellent family size home given that the house is a modern build and should be relatively low maintenance for anyone who is not particularly keen on any DIY.

What the Owner says:

We have brought our family up here and it has proved to be in an ideal position for local schools and shops. Having a downstairs toilet has been a god send. It has been great for walking our dog up on the hills and also going down to the beach which the children have also enjoyed over the years.The bus links are also superb which has meant that we haven't had to rely upon our car to take the children in and out of town and also to secondary school. We have many BBQ's sitting outside and also watching fireworks whilst looking at the sea views.
