The first floor provides four double bedrooms and one single bedroom together with a family bathroom.The views will simply bowl you over and from sitting on the rear patio, you feel that you could be on holiday somewhere idyllic with far reaching hillside and tree lined views.The property is located within the popular village of River and has good connections to the A2 and also the A20 as well as having good local amenities to include Primary School, Post Office, Co-Op food store and also being on a regular bus route. Kearsney railway station, with main line connections to London, is also close by as well as Kearsney Abbey and Russell Gardens where you can enjoy leisurely walks and taking the children to feed the ducks.

As soon as we saw the views we knew this was the property that we wanted as it was absolutely stunning. We also loved the location being within easy reach of River Primary School and Kearsney Abbey and the flexibility that the property provided for a growing family. We also felt that we could use the garden as another room and have spent many an evening in the summer house or sitting on the patio simply enjoying the views.
