Situation
The property is situated in a 'No Through' private road in an elevated position on the outskirts of Temple Ewell village but within walking distance to the local shop and post office. The village also has a popular local primary school and is with easy access to the railway station at Kearsney. Also nearby are the lovely gardens and lakes of Kearsney Abbey with Russell Gardens and Bushy Ruff providing pleasant walks and picnic areas.

The area of neighbouring Whitfield can be reached by car in 5 minutes with 'Tesco' superstore and access from the A2 to the cathedral city of Canterbury and M2 motorway link beyond. The Channel Tunnel terminal is situated to the outskirts of Folkestone and Cross Channel ferries from Dover offer frequent access to the Continent as well as High Speed rail services to London St. Pancras.

The Property
The property has a spacious entrance hall with solid oak floors laid in the hall and living room areas together with new carpets fitted throughout. There are three bedrooms, a newly fitted white bathroom suite and a solid wood fitted kitchen/dining room having attractive wooden worktops.
