" As soon as you catch sight of this gorgeous home you just know its going to be a stunner. To the contemporary low maintenance front garden leading to the front door, you will eagerly anticipate having a look inside.The house inside certainly doesn't disappoint from its show home style elegance. The home has terrific family size accommodation and with the study it would be great to ensure the children have somewhere to do their homework whilst keeping the lounge a haven in which to sit in and look out of the Juliet balcony over the beautiful garden. The owner have installed additional storage cupboards in the study to ensure that clutter is kept at bay.There is a lovely modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, where anyone will enjoy creating many fine meals whilst socialising with their family and friends in the adjoining dining area where there is room enough for many guests.There is a good size landscaped rear garden, with a variety of mature shrubs, that is wider than most on this site, and is ideal for sitting out and watching the children kicking a ball around while you relax. With the garage being adjoined to the house it is so convenient for storing those extra appliances. There is also access into the garden from the garage so is ideal for putting your BBQ away and for extra storage into the vaulted loft.

We were one of the first to move into the development and we chose this plot as it had a wider garden that wasn't overlooked and had the garage next to the house and not en-bloc as some of them are.The area is quiet and has the feeling of living in a village. For entertaining, you needn't move off the ground floor as there is great living space and a cloakroom and with the wood effect flooring there is no need to worry about spillages.We have loved having the French doors open which lead out onto the garden where we have spent many summer days sitting out and enjoying the sunshine and have BBQ's with friends.
