" This 5 bedroom detached chalet bungalow will make a fantastic home providing more than enough space for a growing family. The bungalow offers flexible accommodation. On the ground floor there is an approximate 21ft lounge in which any new purchaser can add their own accessories to fill the fantastic space. There is also a lovely open plan kitchen/diner that anyone will enjoy creating many fine meals whilst socialising with their family and friends in the adjoining dining area. Off the kitchen there is the added benefit of a utility room making an ideal area for washing etc. Also on the ground floor there is the family bathroom and 2 bedrooms.On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms and with the addition of a shower room this means that, there will be no queuing for the bathroom in the mornings.To the front of the bungalow there is off road parking for approximately 4 vehicles, which is great when having family and friends round.At the rear there is an enclosed lawned garden where you can watch the children kicking a ball whilst you sit out with a glass of wine and look out over the panoramic hillside views. There is also a block built work shop with power and light.

It was the sheer size of the bungalow that made us buy it. Since we have lived here we have really enjoyed, not only the fabulous hillside views, but also the walks in the countryside on a Sunday afternoon.This really has been a great family home.
