Situated in the favoured village of Guston, this individually designed and extended four bedroom detached home enjoys a very pleasant semi rural location with the convenience of the town. Presented in great decorative order it has a certain quirky charm as well as flexibility in its living arrangement. The ground floor entrance hall opens to a well proportioned bedroom with an en suite shower room, lending itself to semi separate living accommodation. There is also a useful utility room on this level and upstairs is where it really all comes alive. You are delivered into a spacious galleried lounge with extra light coming from the ceiling windows. This is open to the modern fitted kitchen/diner, yet still enjoys its own defined space. The dining area has a particularly nice feature in the form of a Juliette balcony overlooking paddocks to the front. The additional three good sized bedrooms are on this floor as well as a contemporary style bathroom, with the hall leading to the very pleasant back garden. This is mainly laid to lawn with flowers and shrubs and has fantastic and very substantial log cabin. You feel like you have walked into a Nordic spa and there is the huge bonus of a high quality hot tub to relax in. Outside, to the front the property provides off road parking for numerous vehicles and there is a good sized garage with an electric roller door. Guston is a very pleasant village situated a couple of mile outside of Dover. It has a great play park as well as a local pub and there is a mainline railway station in the neighbouring village of Guston with its link to Dover and high speed service to London. It also has good access to the A2/M2 motorway networks. "
