" This attractive four bedroom detached family home is located in the pretty village of Nonington on a fantastic plot, with huge potential & no onward chain. Built in the early 1900's, the property has very spacious and flexible accommodation with the addition of an annexe on the ground floor. The property does require modernisation throughout but has excellent potential to meet the needs of any family. The large entrance hall has a cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor with a useful storage cupboard under the stairs. The triple aspect living room/dining room is a fantastic size and has a beautiful bay window with a window seat, this is a lovely feature of the room. This room flows through to the spacious kitchen/breakfast room which has an integrated double oven, a four burner gas hob with an extractor hood over, a double sink, space for a freestanding fridge/freezer and a huge larder cupboard.
