" This stunning family home is located in the pretty village of Eythorne less than half a mile from the village amenities and just under seven miles from Dover connecting you to the port. Within the entrance hall is the downstairs cloakroom with tiled flooring, solid wood storage units and a butler sink. The entrance hall leads through to the light and open kitchen/breakfast room. There is an abundance of wall and base units with solid wood worktops, a range cooker, space for a fridge freezer and dishwasher and double doors that open out to the garden. This room leads through to the separate utility room where there are more units, a butler sink and plumbing and space for both a washing machine and a dryer. The utility room leads out to an enclosed outside area that the current owners used to use as a dog run. The extremely spacious living room/dining room is beautifully lit by the three sets of double doors that lead to the conservatory and garden. This room has a feature fireplace and plenty of space for both living room furniture and a dining table and eight chairs. Just off from the dining area there is another reception room that is perfectly set up as a study and work from home room with fitted units and desk space. Upstairs there are four generous double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with fresh white suites and walk in shower cubicles.
