Outside the large family garden is perfect for those up and coming summers parties and BBQs, with plenty of space for that much needed trampoline for the children!The convenience of the location is something that Mr Davis will certainly miss with schools, leisure centre and shops all close to hand. The space in this home just blew me away 4 years ago, the 2 reception rooms were fantastic and the basement was a just total bonus, just what i wanted for my home gym! Beyond this, having the ground floor cloakroom and shower room was a real must having a young child and ideal with the en suite bathroom to the master bedroom. The garden has also been a fantastic asset, just a brilliant space for my son to run around in. With a change in my personal circumstances it is only now that i am having to make a move, and i hope that the next owners will enjoy it as much as i have.
