" When Debby originally bought this home 22 years ago she could not believe her luck. Her sister lived across the road and her parents were only a few doors away. It was as if she was coming home. She had spent many happy years in the neighbourhood as a child and now her children would benefit from the same sense of community. The house itself with three bedrooms would provide more than enough space for the family and the downstairs cloakroom was a real bonus. The fitted kitchen/breakfast room would be ideal for keeping an eye on the children while they did their homework as Debby prepared the evening meal.
The generous lounge with doors out to the garden would be a lovely family space and the block paved patio would be perfect for an evening sun downer or a weekend barbecue with friends and family. The home certainly lived up to expectations for Debby and her family and it is now time for her to pass it on to anther family, so that once again the sound of children jumping on their trampoline or playing football in the back garden will fill the air.

I could not believe my eyes when I walked past the estate agents window and saw the picture of Trinity Place. I had to view it. I had wanted to move to the area, because it was so convenient for the children to get to school and was close to the family.
