" It was the space that this period semi-detached home had to offer that first caught the eye of Mr McDermott when he was first looking some 5 years ago. The open plan living space which makes up some 20' of the ground floor is a fantastic entertaining and family space, both for dining and children to play in. The first floor bathroom, which is separate from the bedrooms has been replaced by Mr McDermott and will be a welcome sight for many, and a real difference to the usual ground floor bathrooms off the kitchen found in similar homes of this age. Outside, it is easy to see why the garden was such a draw for Mr McDermott, offering a great deal of privacy and large enough for children to both play in and also for throwing that overdue summer party!The convenient location is also worth noting here with local store quite literally across the road and being on a main bus route means the quick trip into town will never be a problem.

When I was looking 5 years ago to make the step up from a flat to a house I was really disappointed with what I saw. I had nearly given up when this semi caught my eye, great value for money it had a fantastic amount of space. The open plan lounge/diner, large garden and great location for schools just made it a real winner. Since being here, I have undertaken redecoration throughout, new bathroom fitted, had the electrics re-done and some much needed damp proofing. With a change in work commitments I am now having to make a move and will really miss what has been a great home.
