This detached family home is located in the village of Ringwould
and offers access to the towns of Deal and Dover. The space on
offer is substantial and could be adapted to suit most needs,
including creating a downstairs living space for an elderly
relative. Since the current owners purchased the property it has
undergone extensive refurbishment to create a light and airy family
home. The property benefits from modern double glazing and is
heated by a replacement oil fired central heating system. On the
ground floor the accommodation comprises a striking modern kitchen
which features a range of wall and base units fronted with
attractive contrasting doors. The room has been perfectly finished
with the addition of under floor heating and to ensure that white
goods do not clutter the room the owners have created a separate
utility area. The open plan lounge diner is definitely the focal
area of the property and is extremely generous in size, with an
attractive, modern recessed wood burner. Off the dining end of the
room is an individually designed double glazed conservatory that
further enhances the ground floor accommodation. If all this space
is not enough there is a large downstairs cloakroom and further
room, currently used as an extremely spacious storage area. With
some minor adaptations this room could be utilised to create an
annexe or a downstairs bedroom. On the first floor you are greeted
by a split level landing which leads to the master bedroom,
measuring in excess of 22' x 16' at its widest points and boastsing
an en-suite wet room. There are three further bedrooms, all of
which could be used as doubles and each with built in storage. The
family bathroom has been fitted with a modern neutral coloured
suite with attractive tiling to the walls. Finally is the perfect
office/study room which just reinforces the feeling of space in
what can only be described as a home that represents extremely good
value for money. The gardens of the residence are on three sides
and have been landscaped, creating a secure space for children and
pets to enjoy in safety. Parking is well catered for by way of a
driveway that can accommodate approximately four cars.
