Details Situation
Located at the southern end of Deal's pedestrianised high street offering a selection of high street multiples and specialist shops being within the Conservation Area and close to Middle Street which provides the unique step back in time with its tiny streets and alleys dating back to the 18th Century when Deal was notorious as a smuggling town. The beach front and sea are close at hand and there are a wide choice of restaurants, inns and a growing cafe culture. There is a flat seven mile coastal strip from Walmer to Sandown and across the sand dunes to Sandwich Bay being ideal for walkers and cyclists. There are several excellent golf courses in the area including the championship course at Royal St Georges, Sandwich home to the 2011 Open. There are two mainline railway stations from Deal and Walmer with a high speed rail service to commence in October for peak times to London St Pancras and already available in the neighbouring harbour town of Dover to the south which also provides ferry services to the continent and access to the southern motorway network.

There is an integrated Zanussi brushed chrome dishwasher, separate double oven and grill, downlighting and air conditioning combined with underfloor heating. The ground floor provides a further bedroom with air conditioning, small loft hatch, downlighting and access to ensuite shower room with matching two piece suite and wall mounted towel rail. To first floor a landing is well lit with sky-light to ceiling and on the half landing is a utility room with plumbing facility. The first floor has two large double bedrooms each with ensuite facilities the master having beautiful fully tiled walls and flooring. Both bedrooms and front bathroom have opaque glass sliding doors and window to provide a degree of seclusion. Externally to front is a low brick wall capped with mature hedging and wrought iron gates with a raised lawned area. From the kitchen is an enclosed patio and rear courtyard combining with double wooden gates which may be opened to a block paved parking space. All mains services are connected inclusive of gas central heating.
