A two storey semi-detached house standing on a good sized plot towards the edge of the town about half a mile from the town centre area with its array of useful amenities and within easy walking distance of local schools. There is a mainline railway station with fast trains to London and good links to the nearby towns of Canterbury, Dover and Deal. At ground floor level there is a living room, kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom, rear lobby and utility area whilst at first floor level there are two double bedrooms both with a pleasant outlook. There is off road parking to the front and potential to make further space and a good sized garden to the rear with patio and large timber garden shed.
