" As you step through the front door of the period home, the sense of warmth and homeliness is tangible and it is easy to see why this has been Mr Cullen's family home for the last 33 years. The separate receptions make it ideal for entertaining with a cosy sitting room to the front, perfect for relaxing in the evening or even doubling as an extra bedroom for an elderly relative. The first floor rooms are also worthy of note, with an approximate 15' master bedroom, truly a 'double' bedroom in every sense. Outside the home continues to impress with rear garden believed to be in excess of 100', the children should certainly have enough space here as well as the space for that much needed workshop!There is also rear access from the side of the home, great for parking up the bike and no need to take the weekly rubbish through the house. Local amenities can be found in historic Sandwich with its range of boutiques, grocery stores and antique shops and not to mention the famous golf course! For commuters the nearest mainline station can be found in Sandwich, only 0.5 miles away! So, for location, garden and family home with potential, you really should look no further!

This has been my family home since 1978 and it's this sense of home that will be hard to leave behind. It has been a fantastically family friendly area, and the huge garden to the rear has seen many a football kicked around in it as well as great family parties. The location has also been really handy, situated on the outskirts of Sandwich, you have the best of both worlds, with the shops close by and easy access from Sandwich to Canterbury and Deal. This home has now got too big for me and it deserves a family to love it and enjoy everything it has to offer. I hope it will bring the next owners as many happy memories as it has for me.
