" This property really has to be viewed to appreciate all it has to offer! Once you walk in the front door you begin to realise it has more living space and bedrooms than many others, and the versatility of this property is immense. The bungalow has 6 bedrooms and is currently used by the owner as a family home and also as a home to foster children.Downstairs there are three double bedrooms, two of which face the open fields at the front accessed from the hallway and one located off the spacious central dining area. The lounge is an impressive 22' long and makes a great space for watching TV, with the L-shaped sofa seating up to 8 people comfortably! This room leads on to an equally impressive 23' long conservatory, which has also been used as a dining area or second lounge. The kitchen is spacious, modern and opens out onto the decking and also features a range oven and American style fridge/freezer both of which will be staying. From here you can walk through to the garage conversion which has a large bedroom leading onto the decking and a separate shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, which would be just perfect for a bedroom and TV room for a younger member of the family.There is off road parking for 4/5 cars at the front of the house, a large decked area at the rear, enclosed lawned garden and a children's play area. This has to be seen to be believed!

This bungalow has been in my family for many years and when I had the opportunity to buy it, my wife could not see the massive potential it had to become what it is now! We have extended the downstairs, have had a loft conversion, updated the house completely, and it is now a shadow of it's former self! We've been fostering for many years and have adapted the house so that we can accommodate our family, two foster children and a parent and foster child space. There's sometimes when we have had 10 people living here quite comfortably, and it's always felt spacious. We're now looking to down size but to stay in the area.
