" If you are looking for a spacious family home with flexible living accommodation, then this house must be on your viewing list!The property is in a great location, within ¼ mile of Ramsgate's town centre and seafront, and is ideally placed for easy access to local schools and Ramsgate's mainline station, with the high speed link into London. There are currently four double bedrooms over the ground, first and second floors, and another room on the ground floor which is used as a study. This room could alternatively be another double bedroom, or a reception room. The lower ground floor provides great living space with an open-plan lounge and dining area, leading on to the modern fitted kitchen. There is also a shower room, with a full body power shower, and a utility room to keep the American fridge freezer, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher, which will all remain.The garden is decked and leads to the covered heated pool. You simply must see this house to appreciate the space that it offers!

We have loved this house as there is so much space. It has allowed us to have family come and stay to enjoy being near the seaside, and at one point we had the ground floor converted so my Dad could have his own lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen!The open-plan lounge and dining room have been brilliant for entertaining and parties, and we have enjoyed some great times here. With the kitchen doors opening out to the decking, and the swimming pool doors all removed, it has been a very sociable house!
