As you lay back and relax, the children can be happily making sand castles or padding in the sea, before you roll up your towels and simply stroll home again.Along the cliff top is the popular fayreness restaurant, serving great food all year round including a lovely Sunday roast. You could even have a drink or two and make a night of it.The house itself has been very well looked after by the current owner, so you can move straight in. There is a modern bathroom and kitchen which looks as if they were only fitted yesterday. What the Owner says:

Living in Botany Road is like being on a permanent holiday. As soon as we walk out the front door the fresh sea air hits us and makes us feel so happy to live by the sea.We spend so much time down the beach or going for quiet walks along the cliff tops. The only time we spend in our garden is when we have friends over for a BBQ or, to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day.Unlike some of the houses down here, we have a garage en-bloc to put the car away or even to use for storage.
