An ideal room to combine unwinding at the end of a long day on the sofa, with space for a table and chairs to sit at for dinner.In addition to this room and the two double bedrooms upstairs, there is also a third bedroom/second reception room with UPVC double glazed doors leading out onto the garden. This room would be excellent as a separate dining area or even a playroom for children, so they can keep their toys in one place.With this fantastic home you can enjoy the outside as much as the inside. The garden has plenty of lawn for children and pets to run around and play. There is even a summer house.They will have so much fun that you will not be able to get them back inside. Eleven years ago I looked at loads of houses. Finally I found this one.The garden sold it to me as it is so private and secluded. I have a dog so he can run around to his hearts content.When the grandchildren stay over, they can play out there where I can keep an eye on them.Since I live here I have had no problems with neighbours. They are all very friendly and we are always popping round each others for a cuppa and a chat.I am moving closer to family but, if I could take this house with me I would.
