" The log burner fireplace in the sitting room is not the only warm and welcoming thing about this fantastic detached home.The property is not only modern and impressive from the outside, but the trend also continues internally, ideal for those looking for a home they can move straight into, without the bother and extra cost of doing home improvements.Once inside, the sitting room is where everyone can get cosy on those cold winter nights as you throw some more logs on the fireplace. Not only this, but there is also an additional open plan lounge/diner. A perfect family area where you can all gather round the table at dinner time. This extra space is especially good if the soaps are on at the same time as the football, so no one has to miss out.
Off the dining area is a study where your pc would go nicely. Excellent if you work from home of if the children need to do their homework. It could even be a wonderful playroom for younger children so their toys can be all kept together in one place.The space upstairs is just as good as it is downstairs with four double bedrooms. There certainly wont be any arguments over who has the biggest room and the master room offers that little extra with and en-suite bathroom. This is in addition to the modern family bathroom and downstairs toilet. So if someone tends to take too long in the bath, there wont be a queue forming on the landing.

When we came to Broadstairs ten years ago, the most important thing to us was being close to the schools. Our children all went to school locally and this property is right in the middle of the catchment area. It was perfect.In the summer we spend all our time in the garden. That is why we have the sitting area at the back and the outdoor kitchen area. The amount of times we have had friends and family over for a BBQ and stayed sitting out in our open summer house till the early hours, secluded from the rest of the world. It is like we are on holiday in a foreign country, it is lovely.
