" Sitting on the popular Stone Road on the outskirts of the Chess board part of Broadstairs, this link detached house has all the space of a family home, fused with the features and charm of a quaint cottage. Ideal for those looking for a character property with the convenience of spacious living.The road leads into Nelson Place and Albion Street, where there is a range of restaurants and bars. What better way to spend an evening but going for anice meal and drink before strolling home. In the daytime, you could even walk down to the beach, grabbing an ice cream as you go. What a wonderful day that would be.Once inside this fantastic house, the character is immediately obvious. There is an imposing entrance hall which leads to a separate lounge and dining room.The lounge has a gorgeous feature fireplace to keep you warm on those winter nights and a double glazed bay window/door unit which you could have open in the summer to let the fresh air in. This leads on to the garden, where there is a gorgeous patio area with steps up to a lawned area.When the sun is shinning the patio acts as a secluded sun trap. I have lived here for about twenty three years now. I simply could not resist the location. It is a very nice part of Broadstairs.It takes me approximately ten minutes to walk into Broadstairs High Street where I can pop into Tesco and do a shop. On a nice day I walk down to the cliff tops and walk along past Bleak House to the beach. It is lovely.It is nice to be so close to everything and have your own driveway and garage for the car. Not that I need to use it often, as everything is within walking distance.
