" A family home in the heart of Broadstairs within reach of all that the town has to offer.High ceilings and large windows make this a bright welcoming place. The lounge/diner runs from front to back with a lovely bay window and French doors to the rear, overlooking the secluded rear garden.The garden looks impressive with its fish pond, patio and long lawned area, but is mainly laid to shrubs for easy maintenance.Off the kitchen is a useful utility room where you can do all your washing and perhaps put a big chest freezer.
This space leads out to a reasonable size lean to which is the perfect place to hang the washing in the winter months and keep all the children's toys and bikes.Upstairs the landing is bright and the two double bedrooms and decent sized single gives you plenty of room.

I love living here and would stay if I could, but it is far to big for me really.
It has been the perfect spot, as we are at the quieter end of the road and so do not get much traffic along here. I can walk into town quite easily, and never had to worry about getting a taxi home after a couple of drinks as I can just walk home.It has been great when the grandchildren come over too as I can walk them down to the beach and back and do not have to worry about trying to park the car.I have done a lot to this house since buying it three years ago. It has come a long way from the terracotta coloured walls it once had and is now a very neutral tranquil house.
