" Now picture this, you are sitting at the top of your garden looking over countryside views on a summer’s evening with a glass of wine! To be honest this is exactly what I thought about when I stood at the back of this garden. It’s delightful and whilst only a short distance to the city centre makes it easy to get to those all important high street shops and superb restaurants.The home has been well lived in by Liz & Linda with their own touches of decoration to the house like the Elvis Presley and Winnie the Pooh memorabilia that to me really turns this house into a home. Inside feels very roomy with two out of the four bedrooms on the ground floor making it really easy to either double up as guest bedrooms, bedrooms for elderly relatives or even a teenager. The home flows through straight up to the two bedrooms on the first floor and an en-suite to the master to give that all important privacy. Liz and Linda feel it’s important that the new buyer will enjoy the home, the size, views and location to provide someone else with the happy memories similar to what they have had!

Well what can we say, we love it! We are both buying separating after this to be closer to our families otherwise it really suits us. Size wise its more than generous for us and could really hold a family either young or old. We currently only use three bedrooms so it gives us the space to use one of the bedrooms downstairs as another living space that to be honest doesn’t get used!We love being close to Morrison’s for shopping and the city centre for the weekend as for us it’s so convenient. I hope any buyers appreciate this, as we do, so come and have a look for yourself?!
