" Situation Strangers Lane is found in the popular residential area of Thanington on the western outskirts of Canterbury. The Cathedral City of Canterbury offers a good range of shopping and recreational facilities together with 2 mainline stations offering services to both London (Canterbury West to St Pancras 55 minutes) and the coastal towns of northern Kent. The Channel Tunnel is 15 miles to the South and the International Station in Ashford offers rail connections to mainland Europe. Description The property provides good sized accommodation with a well fitted kitchen and a conservatory which leads out to a sunny enclosed rear garden. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the first floor and the house is in good decorative order and benefits from gas central heating throughout. Parking is on-street. Tenancy Period Available on a shorthold tenancy for a period of six months or more from the end of September 2013 Deposit A deposit of ?1040 will be payable. This is held within the Tenants Deposit Scheme and is refundable without interest at the end of the tenancy provided there is no loss or damage. Fee A fee of ?145.00 plus ?29.00 VAT for the administration involved which also includes the tenants share of the costs of the references and tenancy agreement. If it is a joint tenancy then for each additional set of references there is a charge of ?45 plus ?9.00 VAT per person.
