" Take what you think an apartment is all about and then throw it all away, this place will knock your socks off.
It feels like a house as you have an upstairs and a down stairs and each floor has a feeling of space and uses natural light to great effect. If we start with the upstairs which is used as a bedroom it could easily make a great living room, it has Velux windows in the apex which let bags of light in and because it is in the roof space there is lots of character to the room. The design has incorporated useful recessed shelving and cupboard space and at the top of the stairs there is a walk in wardrobe. Back downstairs there is a huge living room with a exposed brick chimney breast that gives a great focal point to the room and to the front 2 very versatile lean and tilt windows that can be fully opened inwards as well as tilt open from the base with high ceilings enhancing the feeling of space. There is plenty of room for a table in the room to have friends or family around to welcome you to your new home. The second bedroom is on this floor and is a genuine double bedroom , which you often do not find in new build flats and it has a great fireplace with original tiling and a really nice view of the cathedral. The kitchen at the back of the house is by no means small and is fitted out with more cupboards than one would need and the bathroom has a proper sized bath with a shower over.
The location is the icing on the cake as the city centre is a 10 minute walk away, which is a real bonus.
