" Clifford & Jane have worked hard to bring the character back to this beautifully decorated two bedroom terrace home. Since moving in, Clifford & Jane have carried out extensive renovations including changing the majority of the windows into double glazed sash windows, put a new kitchen in and created a loft room that is currently used as a double bedroom. However due to not obtaining building regulation approval the loft room cannot be classed as a bedroom.Clifford & Jane are moving to the seaside and they are itching to get things moving so they are on the search for the right buyer to enjoy everything this home has to offer. A five minute drive takes you into the heart of the beautiful Kent countryside with cosy pubs to refresh you after all that fresh air. However, if you like your exercise in a more refined way, there is of course the famous multi-million pound Whitefriars shopping centre offering enough shops to keep all the family entertained for the day.

What the Owner says:

We have worked hard on this house; you should have seen it when we moved in, wood chip everywhere! The kitchen is my favourite room, I am a pastry chef and it is set up to run a small cake making business from.
The best thing about this road is that the walk into town is easy and quick, no worries over parking at a £1milion pounds an hour in town.
