" Page & Co are delighted to present to the market this charming Victorian terraced home located in in the affluent area of South Canterbury. The city centre is only a short walk away and has many hidden gems to discover within it`s cobbled streets including a wide variety of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The Marlowe Theatre is also amongst one of the city`s most loved attractions and offers fantastic touring productions.
