" Located in a conservation area within the city walls, the property was originally built in the Victorian era. The property has been extended over the years and was previously a butchers shop before becoming a residential dwelling sixteen years ago. Accessed from the side, the welcoming entrance hallway has a downstairs W.C. The dual aspect living room has exposed beams, a stained glass window and still retains the original shop door. The kitchen has granite worktops, a butler sink, space for a five hob gas cooker and washing machine. There are also french doors leading to the rear garden. The dining room has glass doors leading into the kitchen, hallway and study and this space could be opened up to create a large kitchen / diner. The study at the rear of the house also has double doors that lead into the rear garden. Upstairs the master bedroom is dual aspect, has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and access to a loft via a hatch. The fully tiled en suite has a large shower cubicle, a basin, a vanity cupboard and W.C. Further along the landing are the remaining two double bedrooms both of which have roof top views over Canterbury and one has built-in storage. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, a basin and W.C.
