The living room has the stairs to the first floor, a storage cupboard and engineered wood flooring which also runs throughout the downstairs. The kitchen / diner is at the rear of the property, has sky lights, double French doors onto the garden and views of the West Gate Gardens. The kitchen has a U- shaped run of gloss white floor and additional wall units with a composite grey work top. Built in appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, eye level oven with built in microwave, separate gas hob and pop up extractor. Completing downstairs is a WC with basin. Upstairs are two double bedrooms of which the front bedroom has a built in storage cupboard. The bathroom is fully tiled, has a L-shaped bath with shower over, a basin with vanity cupboard and a WC. The low maintenance rear garden has a raised wooden deck which is level with the kitchen / diner. Steps lead down to the remaining part of the garden which is laid with artificial grass and has a gate for rear access.
