" This pretty, double fronted Victorian property benefits from well-proportioned family accommodation and retains some period features such as ceiling roses and bay windows. Now requiring complete refurbishment, the property would make an ideal family home and allow a buyer to update and rearrange the accommodation to their own taste. To the front are both a sitting room and separate dining room with fitted gas fires. Beyond the dining room is the kitchen which has many built in cupboards. There is a walk-in under stairs cupboard and to the rear is a 4th bedroom which has an ensuite bath/shower-room comprising a WC, basin storage unit and adapted for the elderly. There are local bus services to Warlingham, Sanderstead and Croydon.
