" A four bedroom family house which boasts a wealth of character situated in a rural location. Storeys Way is a Tudor style family home originally built in the 1930's offering a well thought out blend of living and bedroom space. The Tudor style is continued internally with features including beamed fireplace and ceilings. There is a storm porch which leads to the entrance hallway which then opened outs on to the sitting room which centres around an inglenook fireplace which incorporates a wood burning stove, there are double doors opening out on to the rear garden and this also leads to the dining room. The kitchen flows through to the breakfast room area and again doors opening out onto the rear terrace, in addition there is a separate family room which is given a light and airy feel with its vaulted ceiling plus there is a utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite enjoys stunning views over the rear garden and offers a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. There are three further bedrooms and family bathroom.

The property is situated in a semi-rural location, within a few miles of the villages of Kingswood and Chipstead (both with stations) and surrounded by miles of rolling countryside. The town of Reigate with comprehensive shops, range of restaurants and mainline station is approx. 2 miles distance.
