" This superbly presented light and airy four bedroom semi detached home is located on a popular tree-lined street on the west side of Coulsdon. Features include four double bedrooms, off street parking and beautiful mature rear garden measuring approximately 300 ft.

Located on the west side of Coulsdon on a popular tree-lined street, is this beautiful four bedroom home.  Its position provides breathtaking views to the rear across the valley and surrounding countryside, whilst still offering easy access to transport links and local amenities.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors with the current owners smartly converting the loft space into a master suite.  There is further potential for further expansion both to the rear ground floor as well as above the garage (stpp).
